Contact us with your request via email info@theshoebakery.com or DM us on Instagram. We will then email you a QR code that you can show at your local Postnord agent to have your shipping label printed out.
When we receive the return, we unpack it and check that the item is in its original condition. We will then process your refund, either directly to your account or we will contact Klarna and notify them of your return.
We do not charge an additional return fee but will charge you for the original shipping.
